Gousto Food Donations

Due to Covid limiting output from the factory there were plenty of boxes to share round the district, Cllrs Gibson and Newton were pleased to be able to support residents in their local wards.


Spalding War Memorial

Concern has been raised over the state of the war memorial in Ayscoughfee and questions are being asked regarding its ongoing upkeep. The South Holland Independents are keen for the War Memorial to receive the respect it deserves.

The South Holland Independents are champions of our beautiful and historic market town. The slow demise of our market and facilities offered is something each and everyone of us is keen to reverse. Covid Kindness Team

Covid Kindness Team, set up by Keira Williamson, set out to to support those affected by the pandemic and ensure those isolated and in need were supported. The Independent councillors were keen to support this cause.

Mother’s Day Flower Drop

In March 2020 a local company, Green Partners, kindly donated 20 pallets of flowers to be distributed in South Holland. The South Holland Independent Councillors took on the challenge and delivered to as many care homes, NHS workers and local residence as possible to spread some Mother’s day joy.
